The main purpose of this site is to provide and share information on herbs for educational purposes only. In addition to this we retail a variety of herbs and herbal products including beauty, health & wellbeing items.

The information being shared has been sourced using books and digital resources. The information has not been evaluated by a medical doctor.

Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice from time to time. Such amendments shall be effective once the terms have been published on this page. We have made it therefore a requirement for terms to be agreed at point of purchase.

Products
When buying online no matter how clear an image is it can often be misleading in one way or another. So a description of each item is provided including its price and size. in addition to this, package measurements are provided in (mm) & (cm) to assist in purchasing choice. *Herbs are placed in clear packaging to assist in confirming content to help avoid opening the product unnessessarily. (See returns & refunds)

All herbs are 100% organic, when a herb is not organic the information will be updated. Our web ordering systems ensureS we only sell what is in stock. We make every endeavour to ensure this remains accurate. In an order is unable to be fulfilled we will inform you and offer a like for like alternative of your choice or  a full refund.

Product Labelling
The information provided on labels are meant to be accurate and not misleading but where it is not please inform us and if indeed it is incorrect, we will correct it. Safety data is included where a herb/product may cause harm.

Purchasing
Products are purchased oline only and payable through PayPal only. You will recieve confirmation of your order once the transaction is complete. Payment of an item is required when the pay now button is selected.

We provide our contact details should you wish to contact us further

Postage & Delivery
bsite a higher class of postage then you will be required to pay the additional cost.
The delivery time for Roya Mail second class postage is 2-3 working days, this is the standard length of time for this class of postage.

Returns and Refunds
Refunds are offered if an item is faulty or not as described. We shall pay the postage in this instance.
*Herbs must be returned unopened and unused within 7 days for a full refund. Returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened.

Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business by law you have a number of options open to you as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy
In addition to your legal statutory rights, we also allow you to return your item(s) if you simply change your mind, however you will pay the return postage in this instance. Please return the unused and unopend item(s) to us in its/their original condition. You will be refunded once the item(s) have been received.
